Driver Helper USA helps independent delivery drivers in the United States keep more of what they earn. We publish practical guides and free tools on the questions drivers ask every day: is this order worth it, how many miles can I deduct, how much should I set aside for taxes, and what does my car really cost per mile.
Who we are
Driver Helper USA is an independent project. It is not affiliated with DoorDash, Uber, Amazon, Instacart, Grubhub, Roadie, GoShare, Spark or any other delivery platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
The site goes with the free Driver Helper USA app, which puts the same calculators in your pocket: order profit check, earnings and expense tracking, mileage, tax reserve, vehicle maintenance and useful places such as restrooms and truck parking.
How we write and check our guides
- Every guide answers one real question from drivers, with worked examples and the numbers behind them.
- Tax and mileage figures come from official sources, mainly IRS.gov, and each guide links to them.
- Platform rules come from each platform’s own help pages. They change often, so every guide shows the date it was last updated.
- Drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools, then reviewed and edited by a person before they are published. We never copy other websites.
- When we find a mistake, we correct it and update the date.
Our guides are general information. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. For your own situation, talk to a tax professional.
